Yummy marinade, really rich tasting. Ingredients:
1 cup dry sherry |
1/2 cup canola oil |
4 cloves chopped garlic |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
salt and pepper |
10 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on HI for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan). 2. Cool by adding ice cubes. 3. Marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours. |
