A dressing that is low calorie and contains no oil or mayo. Easy to make and SPICY! Not for garlic haters - this will keep the vampires away! You can use red wine vinegar too. You can also double the recipe if needed. Ingredients:
8 garlic cloves |
6 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar |
4 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a chopper or blender. 2. Pulse to combine and serve. Will keep in refrigerator for one week. |
