A lovely sauce to go over desserts such as ice cream. Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry, sliced |
1 cup raspberries |
3 tablespoons sherry wine |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 2. Use the back of a spoon to push the puree through a sieve. Discard seeds. 3. Drizzle over ice cream or cheesecake. |
