This is a good recipe for a Dutch oven. Ingredients:
3 lbs stewing beef |
8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced |
1 cup sherry wine |
2 -15 3/4 ounces mushroom soup |
2 ounces onion soup mix |
1 lb carrot, sliced |
cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large Dutch oven; mix well. 2. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. 3. Serve over rice. |
