Sherried Beef Ingredients:
21 1/2 oz (2 cans) 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup |
6 oz shiitake mushrooms |
4 lbs beef steak |
56 g (1 pkg) lipton's onion soup mix |
1 1/4 cup cooking sherry |
Directions:
1. Cut up beef into 1 cubes and slice mushrooms. Place both (meat unbrowned) into crockpot. 2. Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup, onion soup mix and sherry in a separate bowl then pour into crockpot. 3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. 4. Serve over egg noodles (not included in calorie count). |
