good spin on old old fave Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb, browned drained |
1/2 cup peas (canned) |
1/2 carrot (canned) |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
3 cups mashed red potatoes |
1/8 cup sour cream |
1 egg yolk |
Directions:
1. preheat oven 350°F. 2. pour cooked lamb into bottom of 9x13 pan and top with veggies 3. whip potatoes with Swiss cheese & yolk & sour cream. 4. spread over meat 5. bake 30 min or until potatoes are brown. |
