Minced base for a shepherd's pie Ingredients:
1 tbs oil |
150 g ground lamb |
1 medium red onion |
2 medium carrots |
2 garlic cloves |
1 pint stock |
4 tablespoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Fry all ingredients up to and including garlic together. 2. Add other ingredients and simmer to reduce the liquid. 3. Top with mash and cook in a medium oven for 40 mins |
