a recipe I found in an old campbell soup book Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup sweet pepper, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can vegetable soup |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves, crushed |
2 cups mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook beef with oinons and sweet pepper. 2. add rest of ingredients, except potatoes and mix. 3. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish; spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole. 4. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until hot. 5. Makes about 3 cups. |
