I got this off of an OXO box and it is now a favorite of ours!! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 instant oxo |
1 cup boiling water |
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
3 cups mashed potatoes (reg. or instant) |
paprika (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown beef; drain fat. 2. Add onions and flour. 3. Cook for 5 minutes. 4. Dissolve OXo cube in boiling water 5. Add boillion, vegies and pepper to meat mixture. 6. Turn into 6 cup casserole dish. 7. Top with mashed potatoes, Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot. |
