Easy to make. Easy clean up. Everyone loves it. Ingredients:
6 large potatoes |
1 tablespoon light butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1 -1 1/2 lb lean hamburger |
1 (540 ml) can corn, niblets |
spices, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes. 2. Mash add 1 Tbsp butter. 3. Whip in 1/2 cup milk. 4. Cook hamburger till done add spices to taste. 5. Put cooked hamburger in bottom of casserole dish. 6. Put 1 540 ml can of corn evenly over hamburger. 7. Put mashed potatoes evenly over corn. 8. Bake 375°F till potatoes lightly brown. 9. Take out of oven and ENJOY. |
