This is very good. There are other versions-some add whole kernel corn. Drain the cream style corn-it makes it not so dry. Ingredients:
5 cups mashed potatoes |
diced onion |
1 small onion |
1 lb hamburger |
1 (22 1/2 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add onions to potatoes. 2. Fry your hamburger and onion, drain fat. 3. Add corn, then the peas if you use them. 4. Then add the mash potatoes. 5. Heat just a little longer to heat the corn, but not too long. |
