Shepard's Pie Casserole

Casserole - I use reduced sodium soup and 93% ground beef. Any kind of vegetable can be used.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 c green beans, frozen
1 can tomato soup
3 medium russet potatoes
1/4 c skim milk
1/4 c cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Peel and quarter potatoes, boil till tender, mash with 1/4 C skim milk, set aside.
2. Brown ground beef and onion, add soup and green beans, mix well.
3. Put into a pammed casserole dish, cover with the potatoes.
4. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top, let melt, then serve!
