Shepards Pie Ingredients:
1 pound extra lean ground beef |
1/4 tbsp pepper |
1/4 tbsp salt |
1 can beef broth |
1/4 cup onion |
1/4 cup carrots |
1/4 cup peas |
1/2 pound potatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook lean ground beef in skillet with onions 2. add salt and pepper. 3. When meat fat burns away and there is no fat in the bottom of the pan, add beef stock. 4. Simmer meat in beef stock in until stock is reduced to 1/4. 5. Add peas and carrots and 3 large tbsp of flour. 6. Stir |
