My first wheat bread, dough made in the bread maker. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
6 tablespoons oat flour |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon fast rising yeast |
Directions:
1. Add water to bread maker, then all dry ingredients, then yeast. Let it knead and do its thing, then rise, then take it out and place it in a warm, covered bowl to let rise. I don't know how long to let it rise for because I didn't let mine rise enough. Bake at 350 until you feel that it's done. Yeah, a little vague. It's delicious! It'd be better if it was risen more though! |
