Ingredients:
12 oz carrots
4 oz hamburger
6 oz parsnips
6 1/2 oz zucchini
5 oz kale
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
51 oz
9 oz red bell pepper
14 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Boil noodles
2. shred veggies
3. add all to bowl with spaghetti sauce and tomatoes
4. put in casserole dish, cover with cheese
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
