veggie and noodle casserole Ingredients:
12 oz carrots |
4 oz hamburger |
6 oz parsnips |
6 1/2 oz zucchini |
5 oz kale |
14 1/2 oz tomatoes |
51 oz |
9 oz red bell pepper |
14 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles 2. shred veggies 3. add all to bowl with spaghetti sauce and tomatoes 4. put in casserole dish, cover with cheese 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes |
