Shells And Cheese

This is a very creamy comfort food, even better the next day.
Ingredients:
3 cups of milk
16oz/1lb velveeta cheese
2 cups shredded 4 cheese blend
2 tablespoons of flower
1 stick butter
2 teaspoons of pepper
16oz bag of small seashell noodles
1 tomato
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil for the seashells
2. Once water is boiling add the seashells
3. Cook the shells until tender/soft
4. Drain the seashells and add butter cubes in a separate bowl
5. Mix until butter is melted
6. Add the pepper
7. In a separate pan bring the milk to a simmer stirring occassionally
8. Add Velveeta cubes stir until melted then
9. Add shredded 4 cheese blend stir until melted
10. Add the flower and stir until mixed
11. Pour the pasta and the cheese sauce into a baking pan
12. Slice tomato in thin quarters and place on top
13. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
