This easy recipe is a favorite of the whole family. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 (28 ounce) can petite tomatoes |
1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (16 ounce) can light kidney beans, drained & rinsed |
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained & rinsed |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Brown ground chuck, chopped onion, and garlic in large skillet. Drain. 2. Add rest of ingredients. Put in Crock Pot and cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar, if desired. |
