Everybody seems to have a recipe for this, but this is the one I have always fallen back on. It is great to bring as a gift when invited to someone's home for dinner, or equally as great to enjoy at home. If not being used within 24 hours, it should be frozen for later use. Ingredients:
1 cup half-and-half |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup irish whiskey |
1 teaspoon instant coffee |
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
3 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend on high until well mixed and foamy. 3. Serve (or freeze for later use). |
