The more you have, the more you want to have this! Ingredients:
1 (240 ml) cup milk |
60 ml cups condensed milk |
4 (60 g) tablespoons ghee |
4 (60 g) tablespoons semolina |
cardamom powder |
10 g cups raisins |
40 g cups almonds, finely sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix milk and condensed milk in a pan. 2. Set aside. 3. Melt ghee in a non-stick pan. 4. Add semolina. 5. Fry until the semolina turns brown. 6. Add the milk mixture and cardamom powder. 7. Stir well. 8. Cook until dry and the ghee separates from the semolina. 9. Add raisins. 10. Stir well. 11. Remove from heat. 12. Garnish with almonds and serve! |
