This is a recipe my family has been making for years. Ingredients:
8oz package cream cheese |
16 oz sour cream |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
4 chopped green onions |
1-2 tbsp worchestershire sauce |
2.5 oz chopped dried beef |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
dash cayenne pepper |
loaf of unsliced sheepherders bread |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well 2. Hollow out bread to make a bowl 3. Transfer dip into bread bowl 4. Cover bread bowl with foil 5. Bake in pre-heated 300 degree oven for 1 hour 6. Serve with cubed sheepherders bread |
