This is a full pot of Lentil Soup, with essential ingredients, served in our white bowls, cooked in the black teflon pot filled almost to the top. Pretty good diet meal! You still need to add the spices.
Ingredients:
1 lb lentils, green, dry
1 onion, large
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb carrots
1 lb celery
12 cups water
2 tsp salt
28 oz tomatoes, crushed
Directions:
1. Put everything in the pot and boil for 1 hour or more.
