Shata is a hot spice accompaniment, it comes from Sudan. Ingredients:
1 cup lemon juice |
3 garlic cloves, mashed |
3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Ina a 1 quart salad bowl, combine lemon juice mashed garlic cloves, crushed red pepper, black pepper and salt. 2. Place in small ramekin dishes and serve with. 3. meat entrees. |
