Mac & Cheese adult style Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni |
1 lb sharp chedder |
corn starch |
milk |
butter |
Directions:
1. boil macaroni 2. heat milk to just before boiling 3. add some cheese 4. add some corn starch (for thickening to desired consistency) 5. add some butter 6. (continue 3-5 until you use all but 1/2 cup of cheese) 7. drain macaroni 8. put in 12x8 pan 9. put remaining cheese and some butter on top 10. bake at 400 until thoroughly heated and top layer of cheese is melted. 11. Server hot or warm - is good cold too! |
