Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
2 (8 ounce) cans beans
2 (8 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes & chilies
3 (8 ounce) cans minestrone soup
3 (8 ounce) cans water
Directions:
1.
Mix all ingredients in a large soup pot.

Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
3.
Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
