If your cantaloupe is very sweet, this is a smoothie that requires no sweetener. I came up with this smoothie due to an overabundance of cantaloupe and it is delicious. Ingredients:
1/4 cantaloupe, peeled,seeded,diced |
4 medium strawberries, sliced |
1/2 banana, sliced |
1 cup fat free skim milk |
Directions:
1. Freeze fruit and defrost slightly before blending with milk. 2. Enjoy. |
