1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced shallot |
1 teaspoon chopped capers |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2/3 cup olive oil |

Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. With processor running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
