Healthy salad dressing, recommended by my nutritionist. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon water |
1 shallot |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Chill and serve over salad. |
