Ingredients:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk; stir in shallots. |
