Directions:
1. Slice lemons as thin as paper, rind and all 2. Combine sugar; mix well 3. Let stand 2 hours or longer, blending occasionally 4. Add beaten eggs to lemon mixture; mix well 5. Turn into 9-inch pie shell, arranging lemon slices evenly 6. Cover with top crust 7. Cut several slits near center 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes 9. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until silver knife inserted near edge of pie comes out clean 10.
