1 lb ground beef |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup potato, raw, grated |
1/2 cup carrot, raw, grated |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup liquid (milk, tomato sauce) |
Directions:
1. In a good sized mixing bowk, mix ingredients very well. 2. When well blended, shape into 4 or 5 thick, oval burgers. 3. Place in greased baking dish. 4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes, or until thermometer inserted in center of burgers registers 160 degrees. 5. Serve with ketchup, barbecue sauce, and/or mustard. |
