I came up with this recipe for my son, who doesn't like to eat beans. Really tasty! Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat (beef, deer, turkey, chicken, etc.) |
1 medium onion, diced |
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice or 1 (46 ounce) can whole tomatoes, pureed |
1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, pureed |
chili powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onions. Then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cook through and serve. |
