Shabu shabu is the Japanese version of the fondue. Lemon gives a nice kick to chili sauce and makes a perfect condiment for the meat. Ingredients:
2/3 cup chili sauce (sriracha preferred) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best) |
lemon zest, grated |
Directions:
1. Whirl all ingredients in blender. 2. Serve at room temperature. |
