Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened)
6 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1/4 cup vodka
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth but still thick, pour into 4 tall stemmed glasses.
