An Italian after-dinner/desert drink from the chefs at Hotel Villa Cipriani in Aslo, Italy. Delish! Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened) |
6 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed) |
1/4 cup vodka |
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth but still thick, pour into 4 tall stemmed glasses. |
