substituting regular dressing for fat free, and reducing the amount of black olives. (depending on the brand of dressing) you can get the same great taste without all the fat and calories. Ingredients:
8 oz fat free zesty italian dressing |
22 oz (2 cans) shoepeg corn |
20 oz (2 cans) mild ro-tel tomatos |
10 oz (1 can) regular ro-tel tomatos |
15 oz (1 can) black-eyed peas |
2 1/5 oz (1 small cans) sliced black olives |
Directions:
1. open all cans and drain 2. chop black olives 3. mix all ingredients and enjoy. |
