I had this drink recently at the Harbour View Hotel in Sydney. After we'd had about 5 of these, the bartender very kindly gave us the recipe. Ingredients:
30 ml midori melon liqueur |
15 ml peach vodka |
15 ml rubis strawberry liqueur |
pineapple juice |
cranberry juice |
ice |
1 fresh strawberries |
Directions:
1. Mix alcohol in a highball glass and add some ice. 2. Top up with pineapple juice and a little splash of cranberry juice. 3. Garnish with fresh strawberry. |
