my fiance's mum makes this. soooooooo good! Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup margerine |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup icing sugar |
1 large container cool whip |
1 large package chocolate instant pudding |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. combine pecans, flour and margerine, press into 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 20-25 mins, let cool 2. mix cream cheese, icing sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip with mixer and spread over cooled base 3. mix pudding and milk, pour over cheese layer 4. let set and spread remaining Cool Whip on top, you can sprinkle with crushed pecans or shaved chocolate |
