This is a great recipe for family gatherings. Its easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
1 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 pint miracle whip
2 tablespoons sugar
6 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces bacon bits
Directions:
1. Drain peas on paper towel or strainer. Place the lettuce in a large bowl at bottom. Next layer the chopped celery and peas over the lettuce. Spread the miracle whip about 1/4 inch thick over peas and celery. Sprinkle sugar and cheddar cheese over miracle whip and top with bacon bits.
