16 oz fat free refried beans |
16 oz reduced fat sour cream |
31 grams taco seasoning (1 packet) |
2 cups avocados, pureed |
16 oz pace picante sauce |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (reduced fat) |
10 tablespoons black olives, sliced (2 cans) |
1 cup tomato, diced |
1 cup onions, diced |
1/2 cup peppers, jalapeno, diced |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup cilantro |
Directions:
1. mix avocadoes with 3/4 cup tomato, 3/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup jalapenos, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and calorie free garlic powder to taste. set aside. (guacamole) 2. mix remainder of tomato, onion, jalapenos, and lemon juice with the cilantro. set aside. (pico de gallo) 3. mix taco seasoning with beans. 4. spread bean mixture at the bottom of the pan. 5. spead guacamole over the beans. 6. spread the sour cream over the guacamole. 7. pour picante sauce over the sour cream. 8. sprinkle cheese over picante sauce. 9. sprinkle pico de gallo over the cheese. 10. sprinkle olives over the pico de gallo. 11. serve cold |
