This recipe was given to me by my kindergarten aide, Sue Woods. I have given this recipe to relatives, friends, and colleagues. It is fast and very good. If you don't like spicey, omit the Rotel. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
10 ounces rotel |
15 ounces del monte original recipe canned tomatoes |
15 ounces stewed tomatoes |
10 ounces white shoepeg corn |
15 ounces veg-all |
10 ounces vegetarian vegetable soup |
10 ounces hormel chili with beans |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and drain. 2. Add all cans. 3. Simmer. |
