This is the BEST way to fix zucchini!
Ingredients:
3 small zucchini, large dice
1 small onion, small dice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Saute zucchini and onion in oil for 4 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, toss to mix.
