Here's a quick and tasty low fat snack from VT. It makes a great dipper for hummus, baba ghanouj or your favourite dip. This recipe can be easily doubled. You should be able to find wonton wrappers in most grocery stores. Ingredients:
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
30 wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally |
Directions:
1. Place sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt and paprika in bowl and mix well. 2. Place won ton triangles on baking sheets and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Sprinkle seed mixture evenly over triangles. 4. Bake 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden. 5. Let cool completely. 6. Store in airtight container. |
