Ingredients:
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Cover and chill thoroughly; shake well before serving. Serve with sweet red peppers, green beans, or salad greens; or use in marinades for poultry or fish. |
