This has an incredible sesame flavor. Serve over rice for a light and easy lunch. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 lbs broccoli (or other dark green veggie, kale, spinach, etc.) |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Steam the veggie. 2. Whisk together dressing ingredients. 3. Toss with steamed veggies. 4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot. |
