This is very easy to put together in a hurry and it tastes good. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon walnut oil
few dashes sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems then spin or pat dry.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinach.
