This side dish takes almost no time at all and goes great with any Asian entree. It could also be served along with other vegetables as part of a traditional Korean meal. I wonder how you'd say Popeye in Korean... Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 (12 ounce) bag fresh spinach |
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (or more if you like) |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the spinach, stirring until it becomes limp (about 3 or 4 minutes). 2. Place on serving dish and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve. |
