1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Bake sesame seeds in a shallow pan at 350°, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until toasted. 2. Whisk together sesame seeds and remaining ingredients; chill. |
