This is a good dressing for an Asian coleslaw or a carrot salad. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1 pinch sugar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
