Lovely Asian style salad dressing. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, grated |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
2/3 cup canola oil |
1/3 cup rice vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seed oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a 2 cup jar and shake well to dissolve. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. |
