These are very orangey, light and yummy! Toss with soba or ramen noodles for a light lunch or dinner. Ingredients:
12 ounces snow peas |
1 carrot, julienned |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 grated orange, rind of |
1 orange, juice of |
Directions:
1. Steam the snow peas and carrots in the orange juice until tender. 2. Transfer to a bowl and add sesame seeds, oil and orange rind. 3. Toss to coat. |
