1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
2 shallots, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
6 tablespoons vegetable oil |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the oils, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. 2. Whisk in the oils in a stead stream, mixing until well blended. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sesame seeds just before serving. |
